GLASS ANIMALS ANNOUNCE HEADLINING U.S. SHOWS IN ADDITION TO PERFORMANCES AT COACHELLA, BONNAROO AND PANORAMA

Glass Animals has announced a series of U.S. headlining shows surrounding their appearance at this year’s Coachella. Starting in Atlanta on April 8, the tour will make stops in Austin, Dallas and Phoenix before wrapping up in Santa Barbara on April 22 with a special co-headlining show with Little Dragon. Tickets for these dates go on sale January 27 via http://www.glassanimals.eu. In addition to playing both weekends at Coachella, Glass Animals will also be performing at Bonnaroo and Panorama (see full list of dates below).
Glass Animals’ live shows are one of a kind, drawing upon their crowd’s energy to create an exotic, immersive experience. These performances have gained the band a dedicated global fan-base and media attention, with Paste declaring “The backstories of the songs are as rich and developed as the band’s on-stage dynamics and energy.” Glass Animals recently concluded a headlining U.S. tour that included two sold out performances at New York’s Terminal 5 and the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. The band also performed fan favorite “Pork Soda” on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Watch it here.
The band’s most recent album How To Be A Human Being debuted in the top 20 on the Billboard 200 chart and was featured as one of USA Today’s “10 Best Albums of 2016,” and on Under the Radar’s “Top 100 Albums of 2016.” First single “Life Itself” was featured on NPR’s “Heavy Rotation: 10 Songs Public Radio Can’t Stop Playing,” and the album has amassed nearly 40 million streams on Spotify since its release.
