House of Fame Brings MMA Franchise to Jacksonville

Jacksonville, FL- June 25, 2014—House of Fame (HOF), in partnership with Clear Channel Media and
Entertainment (“Clear Channel”), is proud to announce its inaugural professional mixed martial arts (“MMA”)
event, “A New Dawn,” at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on September 6, 2014 at 7:30 p.m.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and tickets ($35-$205) are available now at the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships
Box Office located at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, all Ticketmaster outlets, online at
Ticketmaster.com, or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000. *Discounted tickets will be offered to military, law
enforcement and students.

“A New Dawn” marks the debut of Jacksonville’s newest sports franchise. The event will be held at North
Florida’s largest indoor venue, a 15,000-seat arena which plays host to major sporting events and
entertainment events such as the NCAA Basketball Tournament. HOF features world-class matchups featuring
a select group of the best professional fighters in the Southeast. With first class HD production, FAME GIRLS
by MANiKiN (a locally-based international modeling firm and partner with HOF), an electric “halftime” show
and more, the entertainment value will extend well beyond the cage.

The event is just the first of a series of MMA events to be run in Jacksonville, exclusively.

“After an extensive amount of research and planning, we fell in love with the idea of bringing high quality,
innovative MMA events to Jacksonville,” said Paris Tsitos, Founder and President of House of Fame. “This
community is rich not only with passionate and knowledgeable sports fans, but is a hotbed for MMA
practitioners and enthusiasts. Jacksonville has been actively recruiting additional, major sporting events and
entertainment options to the city. We heard the call. We’re here and ready to make this our home.”

Over the coming weeks and months, HOF will begin to reveal details about its unique take on MMA
promotion that is guaranteed to have the entire MMA community buzzing. At its core, HOF is dedicated to
provide elite matchups of top up-and-coming fighters in an environment that celebrates the sport of MMA in a
respectful and professional manner. HOF will provide the First Coast a dynamic entertainment and sporting
spectacle, while remaining intently focused on being strong ambassadors for MMA and great citizens of and
partners with Jacksonville. Through the promotion of regular events in Jacksonville, the promotion will
provide a high profile, steady platform for MMA competitors throughout the region to build their careers.

HOF is fortunate to be joined by a number of strategic business partners that share the same passion,
dedication to Jacksonville and work ethic that defines HOF:

•HOF has partnered with Clear Channel, to help establish HOF in lock step with other professional sports
franchises in the area, and to facilitate reaching Clear Channel’s universe of 245 million monthly listeners.
Clear Channel owns and operates 840 broadcast radio stations, serving more than 150 markets in the U.S.
alone.

•HOF is honored to be a Chosen Sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and will be donating a
portion of all ticket proceeds from “A New Dawn” to its cause. The WWP recently celebrated its 10-year
Anniversary of successfully assisting Wounded Warriors and their families after returning from active duty.

•HOF has partnered locally with SMG, which manages the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, and
JAXSPORTS, which helps promote sports in Jacksonville, bringing sports fans from around the U.S. to the
First Coast for a variety of major events. “This is the type of diversity we are looking to bring to
Jacksonville,” said Alan Verlander, Executive Director of JAXSPORTS. “We are excited to help represent the
city and promote a very popular sport and discipline on the First Coast and nationally. We hope fans will catch
the fever of MMA and enjoy watching some of the best athletes in the world compete.”

HOF and “A New Dawn” is a landmark event that will usher in a new chapter of Jacksonville’s storied
professional sports history, offering fans across the region an opportunity to be a part of the next generation of
the world’s most exciting sport.
