The “Bad Guy” singer is famous for her blue hair, oversized designer clothes and quirky, Hot Topic-meets-Louis Vuitton aesthetic. However, there is a deeper reason why Eilish prefers to keep her outfits loose.
“I never want the world to know everything about me. I mean, that’s why I wear big baggy clothes. Nobody can have an opinion because they haven’t seen what’s underneath, you know?” she explained in a new campaign video for Calvin Klein. “Nobody can be like ‘oh she’s slim-thick, she’s not slim-thick, she got a flat ass, she got a fat ass.’ Nobody can say any of that because they don’t know.”
Samantha Burkhart, Eilish’s stylist, previously told Nylon that the singer is “very tomboy-esque” and refuses to wear heels or even platform boots.
Seems like that’s not going to change anytime soon.
