LIVE Review~ Angel and Airwaves at Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom 12/11

Earlier this year we got some exciting news that Angels and Airwaves were returning! Which is exciting if you are a fan like me. Angels and airwaves are also taking over Christmas show like crazy like WKQX night we stole Christmas which is the show I got to see them at. 

Now I saw angels back in September at the HOB Chicago and it was a great show but felt like the band hadn’t found it’s groove yet at that time. Now 3 months later they are opening for Cage The Elephant and they were fantastic. They took the crowd to the star’s during their set. I love how the background was the milky way and the ceiling had star’s in it to match.

Now the band played a lot of great songs like “Surrender”, “Rebel Girl”, and my favorite “Heaven”. Now AVA sounded amazing and the like I said the lighting and set design was fantastic. I am definitely very happy to see this band touring in 2019 and can not wait to see what they do in 2020. I definitely recommend checking them out as soon as you can!
