Tell us a little bit about the band and how long you have been together for some of our
readers that may not know about the band?

Audrey: We have been together for five years. The name comes from a song lyric, I
wrote the song “Bulletproof”, the title track of our first album, which contains the lyric “I
took a bullet straight to my heart and it ricocheted to you”.

What got you into music and what keeps you going night after night playing?

Audrey: “I grew up around music, I became a singer because I like the attention, our fan
group ‘The Bloodline’ inspires me to keep going”
Draven: ” I was inspired going to concerts at a young age and always knew that’s what I
wanted to do with my life”
Brian: “I didn’t have a lot friends growing up, so music helped me articulate and express
myself”
Tom: “Music helped through my trauma as a child, I want to create something that will
help others the way the music of my youth helped me”

So, what is new with the band?..New Album out? New Videos?
Draven: “We just release our new single ‘Decay’, our new album ‘Transcendence’ comes
out Nov. 19th”

If you didn’t become a musician, what would you be doing right now?
Draven: “I’d probably be in the ground”
Audrey: ” would’ve been a teacher”
Tom: ” I would have gone into something academic”
Brian: “Selling life insurance/porn star”

What is the weirdest or funniest question you have ever been asked?

Audrey: “I did a duel interview with a famous singer and they asked “why I wanted to be
like her”

If you can have your fans remember you for one thing, what would that be?

Audrey: “My compassion for those who have been dealt a bad hand in life”

On a scale of one to 2593, How good is your new single compared to your last single?
(my attempt at humor, but please still answer)

Brian: “0 because we love both of them”

What do you feel is the best song you have released to date and why?

Audrey: “Tortured Pleasure because of the lyrics and how well they flow”
Brian: “Tortured Pleasure, it’s simple, to the point, fun to listen to and play along with”
Draven: “War, inspired by experiences of one of our fans, a veteran suffering from
PTSD, musically, war builds up slowly to dramatic climax”.
Tom: “Decay, decay represents a clear evolution in Audreys writing, a more nuanced and
thoughtful approach to writing about trauma”.

Do you think you can get any better as a musician/singer? And if so, How would you
achieve that?

Tom: “I have a lot of room to grow in terms of my ability to express myself through my
instrument”

If you could give your fans one random fact about you that you think they should (or
should “not” know) about you what would that be?

Audrey: “I paint and sell my paintings”

You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?

Draven: “Vantablack”
Brian: “Pink”

Audrey: “Royal Blue”
Tom: “Gold

  1. Who are you inspired by?

Brian: “My dad”

Draven: ” My tattoo artist Paul, he figured out how to be happy and live his best life. By living an
untraditional lifestyle in which he gets to do what he loves and answer to no one.
Audrey: “Aaron Nordstrom from Gemini Syndrome, he’s a great lyricist and I want to aspire to be like him”

Tom: “I look up to Brian, he is fearlessly authentic and never uses his talent or status as an excuse to mistreat people”

What’s an average day like for you?

Tom: “I wake up in the morning feeling like P-Diddy”

Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans?

Tom: ” We treat them like family”

Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety?

Brian: “I often get nervous when I am singing”

Tell me about your favorite performance venues?

The band: “House of Blues Chicago, which we got to headlines”

What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Brian: “Only do music if you’re doing for the music, not for any financial or social status”.
