Year Of The Locust Swarms The House Of Blues and Devours the Fans With Their Hard Hitting Rock Sound!!

Year Of The Locust, hailing from New York, played a packed House Of Blues Orland in Florida this past Saturday,.. on night two of their soldout shows with nonother then legends of Rock and Roll… Tesla!!..on the Shock USA Tour!!!

Coming up on the House Of Blues Orlando and you can see the line of fans stretched from the front of the venue all the way around to the back behind the building…2,600 fans waiting to get in to see one hell of a rock show by one hell of a band YOTL!!. This was the last night of this tour with Tesla, so we were expecting some high energy and loud as hell rock and roll…And that is what we got!!

Once we finally got into the venue the place was filling up nicely and the fans were getting excited for the show to start as the floor of the venue filled quickly, with people pressed up hard to the barricade and ready to get crazy. You could feel the energy in the room filling as each fan stepped through the doors. With the sound of each song playing over the PA system, the fans would sing along to every song like it was crowd karaoke.

Year Of The Locust flew in from backstage and never looked back… Wowing the sardine-packed venue with ass-kicking song after song. The guys are well on their way to packing a venue without a name like Tesla headlining. They keep the audience engaged throughout the whole show and keep them wanting more after each song.

So, I would have to say it was quite a successful little run for YOTL and I am sure they made many more fans on this tour and will make many more to come…Go out and check these hard working rock and rollers out on their next tour if they come close to your neck of the woods, you will not be disappointed!!

Check out their new little ditty “Stay Alive” !! Featuring Troy Lucckette(TESLA) and Brian Bonds (FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE), “Stay Alive” off of YEAR OF THE LOCUST’s upcoming, self-titled EP.
