311 brings the heat to St. Augustine Amphitheater.

World-renowned, multi-platinum alternative rockers 311 are hitting the road this summer for a headlining tour of North America which included a stop at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.

The Unity Tour 2017 will be 311’s 18th consecutive summer headlining the U.S. and will be in support of 311’s release of their 12th studio album, entitled MOSIAC. The new album will be released by BMG and is available for pre-order now at

311’s “Unity Tour 2017” will feature special guests New Politics and Passafire. These three bands came out and blew away the packed St. Augustine Amphitheater on a hot humid rainy night. Passafire came out and warmed up the early concert goers and got the people up and jamming. New Politics came out and didn’t look back, they hit the stage running and threw down like they always do. The crowd was really getting pumped up and getting fired up.

But most of the crowd was there to see 311, and one the guys hit the stage the place went wild. 311 have been around the block, Over the course of their amazing career, 311 has released 11 studio albums, two greatest hits albums, two live albums, three DVD’s and a boxed set and has sold over nine million copies in the U.S. Their last nine albums reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Sales Chart and nine of their singles have reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Alternative Radio Chart (including three #1 singles “Down,” “Love Song” and “Don’t Tread On Me” along with “Amber,” “All Mixed Up,” “Come Original,” “Creatures For A While,” “Hey You” and “Sunset in July.” In celebration of 25 years as a band, 311 released the 311 ARCHIVE boxed-set in June 2015 featuring four CDs (81 tracks of B-sides, bonus tracks, pre-production recordings and demos from 1992-2014) plus a 60 page book of rare photos and memorabilia.

311 came out and showed the fans they still have IT. They still know how to put on a great show, and that is just what they did this night.
