The Avett Brothers Announce Livestream of Second Drive-In Show From Charlotte Motor Speedway On October 23rd

The Avett Brothers announced their second drive-in concert on October 23rd at Charlotte Motor Speedway, making this their second show at the Speedway in the span of two months. Fans everywhere will now have the opportunity to also livestream the show. For more information visit, and watch a short announcement video about the concert here. Fans can pre-order on or, and then tune in to watch live on Saturday, October 23 at 8:30 PM ET, or watch on-demand within 48 hours after the event (HD Pay-Per-View: $24.99, 4K Pay-Per-View: $34.99; Avett Guild members will receive a $5 discount code). The Avett Brothers’ passionate live performances never disappoint, and the upcoming show will be no exception. What promises to be a memorable evening of music will feature songs from band’s latest critically acclaimed record, The Third Gleam, along with selections from their rich and extensive catalogue. 

The Avett Brothers’ first drive-in show on August 29th was a sold-out success and welcome respite for fans missing the concert experience. 1,500 socially-distanced cars were in attendance while the band’s performance was projected on the world’s second largest television screen. Over 10,000 fans ordered the Pay-Per-View event with a total of over 30,000 people watching the livestream in 14 countries including the U.S. (all 50 states), Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, and the U.K. The Charlotte Observer pronounced, “for one night in the middle of the summer of 2020 – in the middle of what I hope is the worst year we ever have to collectively experience in our lifetimes – we as fans of live music (and particularly, as fans of The Avett Brothers) were gifted with two hours that came closer to making us feel like things were right with the world than we’ve felt in months.” Watch the moving concert clips for “Untitled #4” and “Victory”  from the first Charlotte Motor Speedway show.
