Up and Coming Rockers The Faim take on 1904 Music Hall!

Emerging Aussie four-piece, The Faim, have released their long-awaited debut album, State of Mind not too long ago, and the reviews are raving!

Created over the course of two years with numerous songwriters and producers, the record includes a collection of songs that showcase a vast range of styles and tones. Upbeat anthems like “Humans,” “Summer Is a Curse,” and “Beautiful Drama,” reveal the group’s skill at crafting resonant pop-rock hits, while “Tongue Tied,” “Buying Time,” and “Amelie” are saturated with fiery rock riffs. Melodic closing tracks, “Where the River Runs” and “State of Mind,” also underscore the quartet’s knack for authentic and raw songwriting. Overall, the album shows a band on the ascent, and a group of musicians who are all about making genuine songs that bring people together to create a community.

The Faim is excited to announce their fall U.S. co-headline tour with fellow Aussie band, Stand Atlantic. which kicked off in Houston on Tuesday, September 17 and wraps in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 19. The 25-city run also hits major stops including Atlanta, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

The band made their way to the state landing in a small club in down town Jacksonville called 1904 Music Hall on 9/22 with a Sunday crowd was energetic and ready to rock with the band! Josh and the band were up for the task to keep the fans pumping their fists up and jamming with the band from start to finish.

As the band played through their set…They seemed to get the energy rolling and really starting to feed off the dedicated fans that pressed their bodies as close as they could to the small stage. The ones that were lucky enough to get to the front of the stage were jumping and raising their fists with approval of the song they were playing.

The guys have a great stage presence and look like they are ready for the bigger stages from what i have heard and seen. So you may want to check them out before they huge, im all about finding bands and seeing them before they get big..and trying to see them in the small intimate clubs are always a great time to do it!!
