With more than 30 million albums sold, 18 million digital single sales, billions of streams and 12 iconic hits combined, 3 Doors Down and Collective Soul are inviting fans aboard The Rock & Roll Express Tour this summer with special guest Soul Asylum on select dates. Produced by Live Nation, the amphitheater outing will kick off July 6 in Atlanta, GA and travel to 36 cities across North America before wrapping September 16 in Phoenix, AZ.

Rock N Roll freight train came rolling through Jacksonville Florida July 7 at Daily’s Place Amphitheater on the second stop of the “Rock N Roll Express Tour”!

Soul Asylum, an Alternative rock band hailing from Minnesota, was the first stop on this 90’s rock freight train that hit the stage. Soul Asylum’s indie success led to the band entering the major-label mainstream with 1988’s Hang Time and its 1990 follow-up And The Horse They Rode In On and achieving a platinum-level commercial breakthrough with 1992’s Grave Dancers Union and 1995’s Let Your Dim Light Shine. Frontman Dave Pirner and band hit the stage like a runaway car playing some of their top hits in their short but powerful 7 song set. They definitely made the best of their short time on the stage with songs like “Runaway Train” and “Someone To Shove“, that got the crowd energized and Rocking!!

Multi-Platinum, Georgia-bred rockers COLLECTIVE SOUL surged on the stage next, COLLECTIVE SOUL–Ed Roland (vocals / keyboards / guitar), Dean Roland (rhythm guitar), Will Turpin (bass), Jesse Triplett (lead guitar), Johnny Rabb (drums)—released their latest album, LIVE, December 8, 2017 on Suretone Records. Approaching their 25th anniversary in 2019, it’s evident the legacy of COLLECTIVE SOUL is as strong as ever. COLLECTIVE SOUL rose to international fame in 1993 with the rock anthem “Shine.”, and that is just what Collective soul did.. SHINED!… Ed Roland rocked the stage like he was 25 and the rest of the band had the energy and sound like they did back in the days! It was one stellar set that you need to see and hear.

Knocking the crowd out with one hell of a set was 3 Doors Down. Grammy Award-nominated multiplatinum Mississippi rock band 3 Doors Down has been captivating audiences around the world for nearly two decades. With 20 million albums sold globally, with this night being fueled by hits including “Kryptonite,” “When I’m Gone,” “Here Without You, and “It’s Not My Time” that got the crowd up on their feet and rocking out and cheering for more! The band start off the show blowing off steam from the first song “Duck and Run” to a Charlie Danials cover “In America” that really hit the crowd like a freight train. The band has not missed a beat and keep chugging along making great music and playing great shows!
