Earlier this week JOHN FRUM debuted a terrifying new video for their song “Wasting Subtle Body,” which was directed by Mitch Massie (Cattle Decapitation, The Locust). Watch it now at https://youtu.be/W7TGbFyMyOw.
The mysterious JOHN FRUM is the manifestation of four musical minds coalescing in a collective consciousness developed from time spent playing with The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Faceless, John Zorn, Cleric and many more elite projects. JOHN FRUM’s unorthodox debut maneuvers through 40 minutes of darkly psychedelic and meticulously crafted death metal, the backdrop of a bad trip. A Stirring in the Noos is a dismal distillation of oneiric transmissions, an aural reliquary of mis-shapen manifestations, and a totem to modern primitivism in heavy music. A Stirring in the Noos is now upon us.
