Ignite Album Review- ‘Through Fire” new Deluxe album ‘Breathe’..will take your Breath away! out 4/7.

The one thing you will do when you get a listen to Through Fire’s new album “Breathe” is just that, You will ‘breathe’ in some kick ass music. You will’breathe’in some lyrics that will stick in your head for days, You will’breathe’in what Through Fire is bringing to the Rock & Roll World.

Through Fire– hailing from Omaha, Nebraska- is the last place you would think you would hear some down right in your face rock n roll, but lead singer Grant Kendrick, guitarist Justin McCain, drummer Patrick Mussack and bassist Jesse Saint have done just that and caught the ears of many industry bigwigs including Sumerian Records, Who swept them up in September of 2015 and have never looked back with their never die attitude.

The first single off the album “Breathe‘ has been making some serious wave on the airwaves hitting  #16 on the Active Rock charts, top 20 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Songs chart and is the band’s second consecutive single to reach #1 on the Octane Big ‘Uns Countdown. I am sure much more will be just as successful as Breathe will come off the album.

The album starts off with a cool intro to get you in the mood of the music, then’Breakout’ comes one and hits you hard and fast like a ton of bricks with some pounding drums by Patrick and some guitar work from Justin must have left his fingers smoking for days, dude can throw! ‘Stronger‘ is the song that you may have heard, lingsIn less than 3 weeks “Stronger” made its way to the #1 most played song on the station and sat at the #1 position for the Big Uns Countdown for 5 weeks. it is one of those infectious songs that you know it when you hear it and have to sing it out loud the world to the top of lungs.

The new single ‘breathe‘ pops up next and slows down the adrenaline in your veins for a few. This song really showcases the talent and how diverse the band is, Grants‘vocals are on point and really shines on this one, his range is fantastic. It is another anthem song that will resonate well at a live show. But do not get too relaxed because the next song will get your blood boiling again and pounding your fist on shit,’Take It All Away’, this one really gets down and dirty vocally and musically.Jesse‘s bass playing really shines and throws down and Grant brings us a little more dark deep growls lyrically that I think people are going to really get into and rage, this one is a real headbanger! Which is a great prelude to ‘Dead Inside‘, Another one the kicks ass and takes names.

Lights‘ and ‘Blood On My Hands‘ are track 8 and 9. The guys drop it down a notch and bring us some classic rock and roll tunes that you can listen to over and over again.’Jar Of Hearts’, a nice ballad that I am sure has a lot of meaning behind it, It has a great flow from slow drum beats to screaming guitar solos, it mixes perfectly, not too much and too little of both.’Damage’ is a track that is fast and furious and gets in your head and stays there. The band really came together on this one and shows that they can do anything.

If you get the Deluxe album you will not be disappointed in the bonus acoustic and radio edits of some of the favorite tracks.

Don’t just go get this album…RUN and get it! It is that good. Then go check them out on tour
