Hunter Valentine says ” So Long For Now” to their Jacksonville fans at Jack Rabbits !!!

unnamed (4)Cutting edge rock band, Hunter Valentine, have been commanding attention for over a decade with their memorable, hard-hitting tunes. And they brought all that and more to Jack Rabbits in Jacksonville Fl. on Feb 22 2016.

The all-girl outfit has captivated audiences with four successful releases, unparalleled energetic live performances across the world, and their unforgettable personalities on VH1’s Make Or Break: The Linda Perry Project and Showtime Network’s The Real L Word reality shows. They have cultivated a loyal legion of fans over the years, and it’s to those fans that the ladies of Hunter Valentine are announcing their indefinite hiatus. In early 2016 the band will be launching their EP, The Pledge, and embarking on the So Long For Now Tour for a last hoorah with their unwavering supporters. They’ll be releasing new music and videos in the coming weeks alongside exclusive tour experiences and must have merch bundles.

“It has been an amazing ride with Hunter Valentine and its supporters – a ride that will continue to define my identity for the rest of my life. We will never forget the times that we had on the road with our fans and really hope that we can create one last epic memory with this tour. Oh and remember, it’s not goodbye, it’s ‘so long for now’.” – Kiyomi

The Girls of Hunter Valentine hit the small stage at Jack Rabbits to say ” So Long For Now” to their fans in Jacksonville and they did not disappoint . Kiyomi  (lead vocals / Gutarist) was hitting the vocals hard, as she always does. She didn’t miss a note and really knows how to work the crowd . Her energy is infectious to anyone that listen or watchers her and her fellow bands mates perform. So much energy she had to get down off the stage and into the crowd to mash it up with some at the front of the stage singing and dancing with fans. Kiyomi looks like she loves getting up close and personal with the fans. It is so great to see musicians that get down in the trenches with their fans and become one with them.

HV went through many of their new song off their up and coming EP, The Pledge  and old songs, Lisa Bianco played the lead guitar masterfully throughout the set and even rocked the key board here and there. She has a great stage presence and rocked her solos off like a Pro. Lisa and Leanne Bowes have great chemistry on stage as they ripped through songs like “Black out Nights” and “Pledge”.

Laura Petracca sat in the back of the stage crushing the hell out the drum and symbols, she even stepped out of her cage they keep her in to sing and I have to say she did one hell of a job. You can really tell they are seasoned professional musician, BUT most of all, you can tell they do what they do because they love it.

So if you are looking for a great rock and roll show with high energy and four girls that can rock the fuck out !!!  go to check out Hunter Valentine on their ” So Long For Now Tour”. It may or may not be the last time you get a chance to see them.
