BAND ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 24TH RELEASE FOR RESTORING FORCE: FULL CIRCLE

SPECIAL DOUBLE-DISC SET INCLUDES THREE BRAND-NEW SONGS + ACOUSTIC RENDITION OF HIT SINGLE “FEELS LIKE FOREVER”

 

 

Los Angeles, CA (January 5, 2015) – Orange County, CA-based rock band OF MICE & MENare coming to the Amway Center on January 15 as part of “The Hunting Party Tour” with headliners Linkin Park. The two bands recently completed an international tour, dates that often saw OF MICE & MEN lead vocalist Austin Carlile joining Linkin Park onstage for a show-stopping rendition of Linkin Park’s smash hit, “Faint.”

“Linkin Park is a band that’s been a major trailblazer for heavy music for over a decade,” says Carlile. “We’re honored and incredibly excited to be part of this amazing tour, and can’t wait to see our fans out there.”

Of Mice & Men recently teamed with USA Today for the video premiere of “Feels Like Forever,” the companion clip to their new single (click on photo to the left to view). The stunning video, which can be seen here, was directed by Nathan William and has already amassed over a million views.

The band also announced a February 24th release date for RESTORING FORCE: FULL CIRCLE, a deluxe double-disc, foil-stamped digipack that includes three brand-new songs and an acoustic version of “Feels Like Forever.”

The new songs–“Broken Generation,” “Something To Hide,” “Never Giving Up” and the acoustic version of “Feels Like Forever” were recorded this past fall with producer David Bendeth (Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon) in the band’s hometown of Southern California. The two-CD set is a special reissue of the album Restoring Force, which hit No. 4 on theBillboard Top 200 Album Chart and No. 1 on both the Billboard Top Independent and Top Rock Albums Charts.

“Feels Like Forever” follows previous single “Would You Still Be There,” the video for which has racked up over 2 million views.

 

The band (vocalist Austin Carlile, guitarist Alan Ashby, drummer Valentino Arteaga, vocalist/bassist Aaron Pauley and guitarist Phil Manansala) will be playing “Feels Like Forever” and other fan favorites from Restoring Force, 2011’s The Flood and 2010’s Of Mice & Men during the upcoming tour.

Since the 2010 release of their self-titled debut, Of Mice & Men have blanketed rock radio airwaves, garnered critical acclaim and amassed over 20 million YouTube views and close to 5 million social media followers on the strength of an electrifying sound and live show. The latter has seen them play to packed-house crowds on headlining tours around the world and key slots on top fests, including this year’s Reading & Leeds Festival, where they were part of a star-studded lineup that included artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and many more.
